I don't recommend the anti-Candida diet. From what I see and read, I doesn't work and worsens most people who try it and been on it for many months of even years.
I've read a lot of success stories from people who ate lots of fruit, but very little fat (such as 80-10-10 diet) as too much fat blocks glucose absorption to the cells and the excess Sugar remaining in your blood has to be eaten by your body's candida as a backup.
I really wanted to know if you start eating differently before or during when this all started happening?
