your story sounds a lot like mine, took me forever to get on a strict diet, but I did and I have seen only small improvements. I seem to get the muscle/bone symptom relief from magnesium/calcium. ADD and OCD doesnt really go away for me, but taking flax/fish oil and staying on a good diet helps some. I would try the Nutritional Balancing protocol, it seems legit ,I am sorta following it now.
