Licorice was one of the major contributors to getting healthier.
It also worked for me a few weeks ago. My nervous system would not shut down. From 9 Am in the to the next morning at 5:10 when I decided to try a cup of licorice tea.
Me too. To this day I use it to "crack the back" of high coritsol days. Especially if it's blood sugar related in the am. As with Sherpa, when things were bad, I used to slip it throughout -- that really seems to balance things the best. I had more around 2pm or so.
