This stuff is awesome! To have such recall, flying and zooming in and out sound very cool... Do you ever go straight up and down in sort of an elevator fashion? Talk to animals? Walk through things? Move faster than light? I love my dreams! I feel sorry for people who can't even remember having them...

I also get someone talking... not long ago there was a man, although I never could see him, I heard him speaking or more like chanting in a very monotone voice. The strangest part was that I just "knew" it was in a very old "dead language". It wasn't scary, but annoying because I woke not really knowing what he was saying. Then I wonder if my subconscious knows?

What part do you need help with? Going lucid is when U know your dreaming and start doing what ever you want. I don't do it all the time, but do have very vivid dreams. If you keep a dream journal it may help u achieve lucid. Plus as you write you start to remember even more. There used to be a lucid dreaming website, Monroe institute or something... Probably lots of sites now.

Don't waste $ on one of those masks that pulse lights and beeps as soon as you fall asleep(to nudge you into lucidity). Yeah right! I could never fall asleep with that contraption on my head... If I did, it woke me up! You do better without it...

If you keep asking yourself "Am I Dreaming"? during waking hours, you eventually will ask yourself during dreamtime and realize you are and can go lucid. Best of luck to you.
