They don't like to sell it. They can get more money after adding crap into it as Baby Oil and Makeup Remover and whatnot..

You can't just dilute it you need to emulsify it. Like making salad dressing, take a small bowl and mix in drops of Lugols while whisking.

btw: exactly what they did for the so called fake tan using Lugol's back before chemists ruled the world..
