Just wondering what you think. I am in canada, and I burn within 10minutes in summer. My vit d is always low. So what should I do if I don't take vit d?
Also, when I don't take it for about a month (I've experimented many times), I start waking up like I want more sleep and feel grumpy. When I start taking again, I wake up happy again. Vit D affects my brain within a day. Also, I start catching colds and flus without it. I'm open to an alternative. What do you think?
