I grow my own good bacteria...

I just add it to warm water, with some molasses and Seasalt , and have a air bubbler run o2 into it for 24hours. It tastes tangy and smells a little like apple cider vinegar.
I have used this good bacteria internally when I have a sour stomach, relieve constipation, but also for yeast infections. Add good bacteria to a site, and bad bacteria infections go away. Don't put it in the cat's eye though, just around.
