I agree with Uny it seems all flushes work since flushes have all different results, it is hard to tell
which one is the best.

I have tried all different kinds, my favorite was Dr.Kelley's since I loved the heavy cream with blueberries at night. I did skip the CE. My understanding is that the cream stimulates bile.
Since I did close to 100 flushes over several years at the end I used the coke/lemon/oil for the taste.
Don't worry too much about the "stones" that come out I had many without but as long as I saw some bile I knew at least I had a good cleaning and probably got toxins out.
No matter what I always felt better and it cleared my head. Tweet
