Are u taking SSKI?

I am not sure if supplementing D will resolve the acne because I don't have anyone who had this problem and supplemented.

It wouldn't hurt and D is our immune hormone, so it is absolutely necessary to get it into optimum levels for health.

I have seen way too many good things from supplementing D3 that I cannot ignore its benefits.
