fascinating. As to birth trauma, apparently this one was quite pleasant and effortless -- though *I* do not yet have recall of it. I would attribute any 'trauma' (and that is very pithy, that exhalation thing -thanks for drawing my attention to it) to the manner of passing from another life, which I do begin to have recall of.

i have always felt that Rebirthing, like Breathwork perhaps,simply didn't go far enough.I mean, before *this* birth.
