It sounds like your on the right path and you must always protect your self if your to be here to help others, the sick can't heal the sick, so yes, we need to know what we are doing and take measures.

The Amish Healer cares for the sickest people on earth and he does not get sick, he runs around in the snow barefoot and I don't think he even owns a coat. He does the work of 5 men and he is just a little skinny feller.
