Now that I feel a bit better and have had some time to think about it, here is the sequence of events for anyone that might be interested. My previous posts might suggest coconut oil as the primary killing factor, and I guess that could be, but I doubt it.

I did the rife session at home yesterday morning about 8am. Fearing the herx to follow. I was VERY clean and careful and did the first coffee enema in more than a month. With an eye toward caution with the enema (if that process is even capable of being "clean" I first shot up there garlic oil and 1 or 2 SF722 (oil-based stuff cant go into water-based coffee enema). Next I prepaired 1.5 qt (3.5 tablespoons ground) enema and ADDED 3.5 dropper fulls of non-alcohol based clark tincture (black walnut, clove, Wormwood , sweet annie). I then did 0.75qt "back to back" holding each for about 10-13 minutes. After the whole process was done I felt ok, and remember that I only evacuated about 1/2 what I would expect based on my past experience, current condition ect.. For good measure I added the plain coconut suppository at bedtime mainly because of its proported anti-constipation effect.

In my opinion, it was a combination of things but primarily the rife and large volume herbal enema that killed (it, them whatever, yuck).

I have slowly felt better after not hardly eating all day, mainly watching football. In fact, I feel better than I have in a couple weeks (though that can change as we know).

To further clarify I did go to an MD at the outset of this flare-up and claimed I had pinworm (which I was hoping was the extent of it). I told them I had tried reece pinworm OTC to no avail, which was true. They gave me (2) 200mg of Albenza which when you look it up, is used to treat tapeworm, pinworm, roundworm ect... another dose was given two weeks later (2 pills, 200mg each). I don't think this helped much. I think I took that last dose over a week ago. And each dose of RX was given in the middle of probably 3 weeks of herbs.

Also noteworthy, I drank 1.5 gallons of aloe vera juice in the week or so prior to today.

I am trying to view this as a victory instead of "horror of horrors" which to be honest. Last night, this morning unbearable, a person could lose their mind very quickly.

I own a rife machine and the way I get electrical contact (foot to foot) is pretty unique. And this is done with the plasma tubes at 100 percent simultaneously and running 21 freq one at a time (3min) so that is 63 min. I did this twice, and yes it is a little bit insane, esp if you knew the current draw ankle to ankle- ala Bob Beck Tweet
