What I did when I realized I was hypo T was monitoring my temp for a month. After that I knew that when I felt well my temp was close to 37 C.
When I felt low or even terrible, the temp was down to 36 C.
Other types of monitoring is that I follow my body`s craving for different types of food; this gives my body close to exactly what it needs. Monitoring what happens when you supplement or eat this or that gives you good clues of how to proceed. Listen to your body, without judging.
Our brain work differently, and mine frequently jump to conclusions that far to often are incorrect.
My body has a more correct reaction, hips dont lie, neither other parts of our body :)
