Can you take Armour thyroid & nascent iodine at the same time?

I try to eat snacks around the clock due to hypoadrenalism resulting in hypoglycemia. The only time I really have a very empty stomach is in the morning when I first get up. That's when I take the Armour thyroid. They say to take the nascent Iodine on an empty stomach too, so will it interfere with the Armour thyroid or vice versa? I Googled medical contraindications for nascent Iodine but didn't see any. Tweet
