I had very low aldosterone as well. I found Hawaiian bamboo jade Sea Salt to be helpful (Marie recommended it to me). I start my day by drinking 1 tsp of it first thing in some water before eating anything. Then I make sure time eat it with every food, and I also put a pinch of it in my bottle of drinking water that I carry around with me. Also a lower potassium diet has helped me, as my potassium levels were through the roof according to my hair analysis. Too much potassium pushes out sodium. If you haven't had a hair analysis done I would highly recommend it.
