adrenal fatigue, estrogen dominance, Hashimoto's AND hypothyroid: where do I begin?

Hi everyone :)

Years of accumulating symptoms and weeks of research has me convinced I have at least two of the conditions listed above. It would not surprise me if I have all four, as I literally check every symptom for all of them. That may sound farfetched but unfortunately it's true. I am diagnosed hypothryoid a decade ago but have not been receiving adequate treatment. I also have PCOS, which I've dicovered is part and parcel of estrogen dominance.

I am going for a slew of tests just before Christmas so will post my results after that, but for now I'm worried where to get started on fixing my bodily problems.

Should I tackle my adrenals first and get them healed - however long that may take - before I even begin on treatment for anything else? This seems to be the recommended approach for those with adrenal and hypothyroid issues, but as I very likely have estrogen dominance as well, I'm wondering if that should be treated simultaneously? Also, is it safe to do a full body detox whilst on any treatment, or should it be done prior to it?

My GP (I live in the UK) does not prescribe any thyroid medication except levothyroxine, and my endo is going to be hard to convince too because he believes T3 medications are only for hyperthyroid patients. He is not keen on NDT either. I have no idea how either of them feel about HC for adrenals, or progesterone for estrogen dominance (but I would be reluctant to use progesterone cream anyway).

Apologies for the super long post!
