Re: What type of bentonite clay to use

I use Yerba Prima liquid Bentonite clay on occasion. I use it the same way I would use oil in oil pulling, swishing for 10 to 15 min or so.
There's a lot of info on Bentonite clay for mouth infections at the OP forum. MrCuddly, who often posts there, is a good resource for info on this.
