What type of bentonite clay to use

Hi I have read in many places that Bentonite clay works well for infections in the mouth. I know there are three different types of this clay so what one do I use? Also how do I use the clay in my mouth? Do I make a mouthwash? or do I pack it in on the spot that is infected?- Re: What type of bentonite clay to u... Wondergirl77

I use Yerba Prima liquid Bentonite clay on occasion. I use it the same way I would use oil in oil pulling, swishing for 10 to 15 min or so.
There's a lot of info on Bentonite clay for mouth infections at the OP forum. MrCuddly, who often posts there, is a good resource for info on this.
