I actually got the recipe in the book that came with the product, under the Blasts for Immune health. It's called citrus system.

I didnt intend on using this to kill parasites. I intended on using it weekly to boost the immune system. Boy did I not know it would kill these worms.

People suffering with lyme disease have a test run by their LLMDs called the CD57 test, testing the bodies count of NK(natural killer) cells. Normal range is about 80-200. Mine was 14, indicative of a chronic immuno suppressive infection.

I actually use the Nutribullet every Mon-Fri 1x daily, with Spinach, and tons of different kinds of anti oxidant berries, I also add 1 teaspoon of Vitamin C powder(5,000MG per teaspoon) to it to really build the immune system back up. I then take Sat and Sun to detoxify.

I just know this drink I made really got to the parasites, worst herx of ANYTHING I have ever tried, and I have tried A LOT of stuff.

Actually, in the book certain recipes state to peel oranges/lemons etc, while others dont have any specifications. This recipe Citrus System, didnt tell me whether to peel the fruit or not, so I decided not to as I know the skin contains many nutrients. Maybe I found something.

I would really like others to try this as I am the only person that has tried this. The product is also fairly new, so others probably havent had a chance to incorporate it.

Oh, and to answer someones question do I feel better? Yes, still sick? Yes. Consistency is KEY with parasites AND lyme. Do this consistently and my other treatments I bet I knock this stuff out quicker than I would think.

I also take Minocycline, Azithromycin, Tinidazole(for cyst buster, every tue & wed only), Nutramedix Cumanda and Enula(Mainly for parasites, Cumanda effects BB as well), Samento, Banderol, Adrenal support, Ezov(emotional support), Pinella(Brain nerve cleanse), and houttuynia(to address possible bartonella, combined with Rifampin 600MG), Albendazole, Clarkia parasite cleanse, and Artemisinin.

I dont use all of these at once either, I pick a couple at a time and use them conjunctively mainly hitting one infection at a time, and I only do the nutramedix products Mon-Fri, Sat & sun I only detox and take prescription Antibiotics .

I also love Raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar, and use this Sundays diluted in water to detox. It works great, even to wash hair or use on dry skin also. My skin is clearing up big time from this stuff. Tweet
