So sorry to hear about your pain and suffering! If it were me, I would be worried about perforation with all that digging/pushing around she did. Mind you, I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like she was being pretty vigorous. Your first priority is to get this piece of crap out of you. Your symptoms definitely are from the Mirena. If the bleeding and discomfort don't improve very soon, if it were me, I'd try to get an appt with a different (better) OB/Gyn if at all possible. Maybe speak to the scheduling staff and explain the situation, that you're worried it's perforated your uterus, and you're in pain and the heavy painkillers aren't cutting it, and bleeding and passing clots, and try to get them to sympathize with you so they'll give you the best dr (ask if there's a certain one they would recommend for such a thing), as soon as they can get you in. Or if they can't get you in soon, I would go to the ER if you feel like you need to. So many have had it perforate, and need surgery to have it removed. I hope that won't be the case for you, and they are able to get it out, but the sooner, the better.
