The colour of Iodine solution is I would say intense wine colour (it doesnt look any closer to 'tea')!

According to the link I posted to the forum in my previous message, it shows Exact proportions as I have here and it also says one drop = 6mg and it is 3% solution according to that example from that website. So be it then! :) I will start taking (on skin) 3 drops at first and then make it 8. Even if the solution is weaker, even then I will not overdose. So it is all good. :)

I read on that russian website about this one and it actually says u can take it internally but for the detox it is recommended to take like one drop a week (not sure now) and if u had radiation exposure then it is advised to take it 5-10 drops two times a day for 2-3 weeks at one go. So perhaps it is all good. But still for the time being I will use it on my skin only (in different places as u have advised, Gina. :)

It is quite cheap here. For 100 g portion u should pay like slightly over a Dollar and lasts for about a month (50mg a day) BUT wages are not like in the US, so it should not be compared then. :)

I read that Lugols Iodine suppose to be used for 1 year only (I am talking about the expiry date) but here it could be kept on shelves for 3 years.
