Where is your ferritin at now? Just got mine rechecked and I'm now at 69! Woohoo! I can really tell that my oxygen level when breathing is soooo much better than when I was so low. I think it still needs to be higher in order to regrow hair around my temples, but it's much improved from the level of 20 two years ago! People who take a ton of zinc need to realize that zinc is a huge antagonist to iron and should really monitor their ferritin levels.
Don't worry about the chemical sensitivity - there is a LOT you can do to CURE it. It is NOT a permanent thing. It is related to your liver not being able to handle it. Here are some things you can take to majorly improve it. I believe it is related to your methylation pathways. Molybdenum is the quickest way to help it. My daughter-in-law uses the following to help her during her smoke-filled casino job:
Please note that molybdenum is also a chelator of copper and toxic ammonia coming off yeast overgrowth. You may notice an ammonia smell to your urine when using it.
I use this molybdenum (I only need one per day now, but people with really bad die-off of yeast may need a lot more):
Once you have your methylation pathway working better you can move on to other Liver Cleansing products. These are my favorites (don't use all of these, just pick one or two or rotate between them). Be aware that doing "long-term liver cleansing" can reduce your iron and manganese stores, and possibly others (according to acu-cell info.) I think the Himalaya Herbal one is the most gentle one.
