O/T Coughed up a parasite/worm today

As mentioned not an Iodine topic, but well all the best responses I get come from here or on the Ask Trapper side.

So I've had this cough (didn't feel sick much tho) for probably a month at least. Today I coughed up what seemed to be a worm covered in boogery gew and I couldn't believe it actually felt and looked like a worm. I had read into how with mold infections parasites usually come same with being outside a lot.

In reading into this and from past searches of posts such as Newports and others it seems like Rifing is the best way to go with dealing with parasites/worms. I can't exactly afford a Rife at this point (but I will in the future and I can't wait).

But for now what would you recommend I do to get rid of these uggo's? THANKS
