No, that will not help you either unless your shopping cart is completely seperate from your teaching site. In other words, two seperate sites. If you have teaching info AND the shopping cart on the SAME website, you can get shut down easily.

This happened back in September to a PRIVATE health membership place in North Carolina. Here is a snippet from an email they sent out after a nice visit from the FDA:

"We had a visit from our local FDA Agent this morning. It is necessary that we close the members area at this time. He told us we could not have our teaching material on the same website as our shopping cart. To comply with this we are disconnecting our members area site at this time."


I hope your teaching material and your shopping cart are not on the same website MH. If they are, getting them seperated would be a priority.
