gallbladder & ibs

Hello Everyone:

I am having problems I believe is related to my gallbladder.
My main problem at this point is frozen shoulders.

I had done a flush approximately middle of October, because of right shoulder pain and right scapula & neck pain, which didn't result in much, stonewise.

Now on Nov 26/12, I am in extreme pain in shoulders and arms and neck for three weeks + and very little sleep because of the pain.

I had an ultrasound done on Friday, Nov 23/12 and will know the results on Tues Nov 27/12, if my doctor will see me then.

I am wondering if anyone has had severe problems with pain like that, which is related to the gallbladder?

My next question is: Has does anyone have IBS and had a gallbladder removed? What is your experience like healthwise?

Because of the constant dripping of bile into the small intestine, do you have diarrhea? Are you able to eat a normal diet?

Any information would be greatly appreciated!! ASAP, because I have to face my doc, plus other specialists who will undoubtedly want to remove my gallbadder.
