bags under the eyes

i woke up two months ago with bags under my eyes. i've had them ever since. what is this from? what can i do to get rid of them? what foods should i be focusing on? i have been living a macrobiotic lifestyle off and on for about 20 years. i am currently in menopause so perhaps that is a contributing factor. ant info is greatly appreciated. or any links to those who could help me.
