i woke up two months ago with bags under my eyes. i've had them ever since. what is this from? what can i do to get rid of them? what foods should i be focusing on? i have been living a macrobiotic lifestyle off and on for about 20 years. i am currently in menopause so perhaps that is a contributing factor. ant info is greatly appreciated. or any links to those who could help me.

MoreThis is a reply to # 2,008,495I got the same thing that started a couple years ago. I've been trying to cut dairy out and gluten and they seem to kinda be going down. I also got swollen upper lids about 5 years ago which were pretty severe at first. Then it would come and go. I could not figure it out... but once again since omitting the gluten and dairy, they dont swell anymore.
