Get it all out! I am detoxifying mercury and lead right now, using DMSA chelation therapy, including taking B-Complex, N-A-C, Taurine, and Alpha Lipoic Acid supplements, and going to start hot yoga soon.

I've felt suicidal before but for unrelated reasons. The treatment is giving me minor brain fog, achiness, and queasiness but isn't terrible. I think seeing someone to tell you the correct dosage for your weight, and to monitor your tolerance of the treatment, if you choose to try it, is important.

You also have to be careful about releasing mercury into your blood without eliminating it through urine or sweat, as it can cross the blood-brain barrier supposedly. Or maybe it's methyl mercury that's really dangerous. I need to do more research.

Anyway, I have hope this treatment will work and will get tested in a couple weeks to see how I'm doing -- sometimes it can take a year or more I hear. No matter how bad things get, things could indeed be worse.

If you still have candidiasis (which sounds like you do), information is all over the place (in more than one sense of the expression) and eliminating that of course can take years too. I'm sure you already know this. Gotta starve that yeast slowly but surely and keep it down with probiotics. I wish I had a magic bullet cure for you. Hang in there.
