I followed Andreas for 2 years and in the first liverflush
I had the flukes and never again. Of course I also did colon cleansing and a couple of time the kidneys.
After 2 years I did the parasite cleanse since I was curious but I did not see anything or did not feel any different.His views worked for me as far as cleansing went. I only after the 2 years I had to change my diet since the Ayurveda did not work for me and changed to low carbohydrates and went back to eating meat. Found that information on the metabolic typing forum.
