Re: Slippery Elm drink, tea and porridge

Good point. What about ginger, peppermint tea, and the like? I tend to get rather militant with this kinda stuff as I faced a diagnoses of cancer at age 19. Before the internet, a local health store other than GNC or any other support other than my wife and God, I hunted, dug, and paid dearly in a dozen different ways to heal myself. I do agree that IDEALLY one would not start a fast in this condition, but down to brass tacks, is it possible that it may be the best thing? Nothing but love and blessings.

P.S. Still here 11 years later : ) Glory to God
