Hello! One idea might be to eat fermented foods or cultured foods instead of taking a probiotic supplement. When you make your own ci;tired foods, they will provide you with many more probiotics than you would find in a supplement.

Also, by eating fermented or cultured foods, you won't have to worry about getting too much. (It's difficult to overeat these foods!)

It's best to make your own, though, because the cultured foods that you would find in the health food store or grocery store have usually been heated and are not as strong.

Eating these foods on a regular basis, will help not only your digestion, but will improve your immune system as well.
