Hello,
I have just gotten off a week long stretch of
Antibiotics for a horrible
Acne cyst that's been sitting around for 2 months.
I am wondering if I need to up my normal probiotic supplement no that I'm off of the anti biotic?
I really don't want to get the post
Antibiotic breakout. My digestion seems to be normalized at the moment with me taking double my normal dose of probiotic. The suggested size of mine is 1/2 a teaspoon so I've been taking a whole teaspoon.
Will I over do it by doing that?
Do people break out from taking too much probiotic?
Also, when is the best time to take it?
I've heard morning on an empty stomach, I've heard at night from the GAPS diet people and also with meals, so I've very confused about when to take it.
