Yup...poor Candida Forum people. They don't realize that the candida is the result of something deeper. I was on that horrible candida diet for 6 months and it made me feel so much worse! Then i figured out that I needed to find the deeper issues and that by driving myself crazy with all those treatments and restrictions I was actually making my situation even more miserable. My prayer for them is that they understand the big picture one day. maybe then they will start to heal. Nevertheless, that forum is toxic!

BF- I will look into those enzymes, however I am happy to report that I actually started having BMs on my own again 2 days ago! Without any laxatives or enzymes! This is huge for me, as it's been almost 6 months since the last time I went on my own. Yay for progress! : D
