Re: Recommendation for a good NB practitioner
Thanks for the info Marie. I was thinking of consulting with Theresa, as I've heard many good things about her. I also like that she uses herbs, and the fact that she follows closer to Eck than Wilson.
I learned alot from Dr. Wilson's articles, but I feel that his approach is rather aggressive with all the coffee enemas, saunas, etc. I also find that I do well when I eat a small amount of fruit per day (like a 1/2c of blue berries, or a small snack size container of unsweetened applesauce) and he doesn't recommend fruit at all to anyone.
I couldn't handle the saunas- I was losing too much salt and crashing constantly. The
coffee enemas were way too strong too.

Thank you for the advice, but mercury is not one of my issues (thankfully). I never had any fillings, and my last reading did not detect any alarming levels of mercury. ALA is a bit too strong for my adrenal state at this time. A long term NB program will detox the metals at a gentle pace that my body can handle
