SD right now I have a rather intense penis pain that have laste already 4 days non stop and I havent slept normally any of them, passed nights in agony.

Could parasites cause this in anyway?? I know I need to adress my gut but it seems I have some kind of injury or something right there as well to take care off. Unless this is some kind of prostatitis or CPPS caused by parasites and nutrititional defficienices or a detox symptom. Dont worry im doing everything in my hand medically wise to discover what I have.
