- try get off grains if you havent already. Enzymes, betaine HCL, vit B, Zinc is also a great help for symptomes like this.

-Hmm have you tried different types of magnesium? could be a digestion / utilization problem, same as I had.
Be careful with vit D supplementation if low in magnesium, as it REALLY can cause a racing heart, in my experience..
Iron supplementation; only if you are a woman, and are low, very low.. please; this is ALWAYS a digestion/utilization problem. When the other factors like vit C, E etc are up to par, the iron is no problem (unless you are vegan of course) as it re-absorbes in the intestines as long as enough vit C. The vit E helps with the storage of iron.
