A better practice is to concentrate the end result as in Greek Yogurt. Back in dark Ages (2004) before the food Gestapo shut all access to Raw Milk products one could buy Raw Milk yogurt.
Since its not homogenized the fat floats on top, so one has to wonder how the extra homogenized fat plays with the PH levels required for SCD Yogurt..
