maybe the headache and sickness is your bodys way of telling you that you need a high carbohydrate super lean diet...ignoring it and packing in fat would damage your liver and ruin your chances of recovery...I think you will feel just as sick from coconut oil like everyone else on here thinking the worst part of the western diet..the fat is their savior...why do people find safety and trust in pure destruction and pain?
