Re: Urine as a beauty product
I think it depends on what you want to do. It is the urea in urine that is moisturizing, and that is lost in aged urine, as it is the urea that turns into ammonia.
There is a marvelous thread on longhaircare.com about the use of urine for the face, mostly black college women, very saavy, a great read. Most found that urine cleared up pimples, dissolved scars from acne, and lightened the skin in general, giving it a soft glow.
I find aged urine on the face very pleasant, refreshing, in a way that urine isn't. I have a jaw infection and aged urine keeps that in check--meaning that something in it penetrates really deep and is antibacterial. Aged urine "might" be better for reducing liver spots, and it might also have similar benefits as fresh urine.
There's a thread on this forum, I believe, where an older couple reported that they both saw lightening of their liver spots through the use of fresh urine enema 2-3 times a week. Such an enema is really a surprise--very relaxing and afterwards, energizing.
I'd suggest that You tell Us. Start with fresh urine, while saving your urine for four days, then try aged urine, and tell us what you find.
