Always rumbling after food - started after gallbladder flush

Hi All - its about 10 months since i last did the liver/gallbladder flush (3rd time. Using extra virgin olive oil and Epsom Salts ).

Immediately after that day, everytime i ate i would have a rumbling in my lower right abdomen(not audible and cannot be felt by the hand).

I had a colonoscopy and nothing appeared to be a problem, the veins were good and just very very slight inflammation.

I was given Antibiotics for a while but nothing changed.
I tried probiotics for a while.
I also tried candida diet for a couple months and also parasite cleanse.
Nothing seemed to make a difference.

Before I did the gallbladder flush I had a Upper Endoscopy and that had no problems.
I do NOT want to repeat that procedure!

Could it be that the gallbladder flush and the Epsom Salts caused IBS or some nerve damage to the stomach muscles causing a functional automatic reaction?

Note : 30 year old male, with gallbladder polyp (6mm max)
