Re: Maybe time for some good news

Hi Seattle and Ring,

I was wondering why glandulars have such effects on some AF people? even they are recommended for AF - probably depending on the stage - many people said they felt worst after taking them.

I am positive I have AF by simptoms, intend to do a saliva test and after try to support my adrenals. but many inputs about glandulars effects makes me wonder if is ok to take them or not.

My guess is that taking care of the underlying cause (at least in my case) would make my adrenals better without glandulars. Gut infections in my case. But taking care would produce more toxins so much stress on adrenals...

Btw - my sleep improved a bit by eating late just before bed, avoid PC and TV, avoid any supplements at night and eat some carbs, avoid drinking water at night (5-10' after drinking water my anxiety is back, my guessis it's mobilizing toxins from gut)

What is your opinion on that? do the glandulars helped you really?
Thanks,
Dave
