Thought we could all use a dose of good news, so I am glad to say my sleep is back (sort of). After spending most of the month of september and first half of october awake, I've been getting a good 6 hours a night for a couple weeks now. Still takes me awhile to fall asleep, and my night/morning anxiety didn't totally disappear. My candida symptoms have also dampened in this period, coincidentally.
What changed:
I added in Seriphos, limcomin, and upped paramin
I removed raw garlic, eating eggs, and NB glandulars.
I suspect the glandulars were too stimulating and that seriphos in particular has helped me level out.
