Thanks so much for the advice. I will do both flushes. For the Liver Flush I plan to do the Clarke one.

@hopinso I'm not suffering from any of the problems you described. But I have been battling Candida for 25 years. I believe I got it from mercury fillings. I've tried everything to get better but can't seem to get rid of it. I'm detoxing heavy metals now, trying SF722 (tried all supplements/herbs), just bought a Zapper and now will try a liver flush. I had thought about it before but didn't know if it would help. (Same with the zapper). The more I read about it and see what people flush out and how they feel better, it makes me want to do it. I think a cleanse is a good thing.

I'm off to buy coffee and an enema kit. Yay! lol!
