Re: Liver flush and coffee flush?

After my first Liver Flushes I unfortunately did not do the coffee enema after. I wish I had.
Found out only later on (even tho I´d been checking out the forum for ages before actually "going" for one) how beneficial they are to really flush out all the toxins that the Liver Flush activates.
So... I´d certainly recommend doing them both: one after the other.
