Re: Freshly received AF diagnosis – what to do?

Getting a hair analysis done by ARL and starting NB its a good place to start. Also getting cortisol 4x 24 h, DHEA, DHEAS, Progesterone and Pregnenolone tested. Cortisol saliva and urine were very low for me, blood cortisol slightly high. All the others were low or very low in blood, urine and saliva. My symptoms match with low cortisol, especially constant yawning.

If you are sure of having low cortisol, Licorice root can help. I wanna try that.

Remember, AF its caused by something. Its a SYMPTOM of something, be it aluminum poisoning, parasites, candida, dysbiosis of bacteria or chronic infections like lyme, strong trauma, long time on excessive stress, extended exposure to SSRIs and other pharmas or a combination of all those and more. I would say spiritual problems do cause adrenal fatigue as well but thats a very personal and conflictive field.
