Most herbal products are interchangeable and flexible, such as dandylion flower petals, root, leaves and stem, (high vitamin C and other aspects), Nettle (food product in the young leaves), elderberry and rose hip.

Individual responcibility for heath and treatment is essential to the buildup of confidence and calm, and the commercial network of supplements is very... radioactive in combination with phama. Pharma treats symptoms, detox treats pollutants and nutritional needs. Either the health comes from the roots or the chemical clouds, but knowledge of both is vital to survival.
