Need Help Interpreting CDSA

Looking for advice please. My CDSA test shows no beneficial bacteria in the gut growing (Lacto, bifido, Ecoli), but the following bacteria are growing:
gamma haemolytic streptococcus (4+)
aplha haemolytic streptococcus (4+)
Citrobacter amalonaticus (4+)
Klebsiella pneumoniae (2+)
Enterobacter cloacae (3+)
Citrobacter braakii (2+)

looking for guidance to reestablish gut flora. I've been taking large quantities of high potency probiotics, such as Theralac which also includes a couple strains of prebiotics; it has 33 billion CFU. at times I was taking as many as 3 caps a day prior to the CDSA test. also, I've recently switched brands to Healthy Trinity. I can't take ThreeLac b/c Casein intolerance. I do have signs of thrush and recurring vaginal yeast infection.

how many different strains is it safe to take?

is there a particular order of taking replacement that works best?

I'm just wondering if I'm doing something wrong.
I greatly appreciate any guidance or advice anyone can offer. thanks!
