2 months post Mirena removal: chest pains, hip pain, and more. Anyone else?

I have had the Mirena IUD for 5 years. I had it removed 2 months ago. 28 yr female, healthy history no previous major illness. Pre-IUD I had very abnormal periods lasting for months at a time with very heavy bleeding. I was also morbidly obese, have since had gastric bypass and am at a healthy weight and holding steady.

During the 5 years of my Mirena IUD everything was absolutely fine. It regulated me to a regular period, I couldn't have been happier.

Within one week of it being removed i started to have a faint upper right chest pain that radiates into the back, as well as a right hip joint pain that has been constant for 2 months.

There are so many other side effects i've endured this past two months since removal. Shooting chest pains on either side of the sternum, heart flutters, both armpit lymphnodes pained, neck lymphnodes pained. Ovary pain. Extreme lethargy. Lack of a period for 3 total months, last cycle was during Mirena.

I've been to roughly 10 doctors and specialists, as well as a OBGYN who have no idea what could be causing these symptoms.

Extensive heart testing, chest xray, ekg, bloodwork all clear. Pulmonologist says lungs are okay. All sorts of blood workups, fecal exams, everything healthy.

The OBGYN is certain and firm in regards to telling me the Mirena removal just is not causing this. However, the OBGYN has scheduled an ultrasound for cysts, and to check out everything.

Has anyone has symptoms similar ? I have never felt symptoms like this. I want to believe that the missing hormones from the removed IUD has caused a fluctuation in my body. It has been two months and my symptoms still persist.
