Are you going to video it? Upload it? Sounds great. I've been thinking a lot about inside gardening--one of my windows gets "too much" winter sun, which I find sharp and cold, but is perfect to bring in some of the plants that seem to be on their own -ahem- season. Maybe they're evolving...

I keep eyeing the packages of sprout seed I see in the local store, and it looks to me like the cost just doesn't work out--Expensive! when it shouldn't be. Can you share a little about your costs for seed, and such like?

I like that sprouter you link to. Simple and sweet. Years and years ago, (in the days of stuffed zucchini boats and heavy cheese-laden "vegetarian food", I remember we had mason jars with silver screen and plastic lids, and there was only one kind of sprouts. :-)

Truly, sprouts are the saving grace of gardening.
