and she says that the timed released forms of niacin are more toxic than regular niacin.
i always have very pronounced flushes when i take niacin.
also i get the same flush when i drink even small quantities of alcohol. but i seem to feel a bit calmer when the flush is over so maybe it actually is working. could it be that alcohol is somehow good too since i also get calmer from the alcohol flush?
does anyone know the relationship between alcohol and niacin?
if niacin is causing the body to detox then is it good to so a sauna while you are doing the flush?
